It's still an elegant place, but it's lost much of its original charm. Clothing shops, a jewelry store, several bars, a tobacconist, and it's still a pleasant place. The homes, however, have lost their original value.
The complex still retains its architectural elegance, along with the beauty of the surrounding gardens and apartments. It also stands up to comparison with newer-generation complexes. In my opinion, they're much uglier; just look at the ABI park, which looks like a hospital and will soon be closed off by a building that will completely block it, not to mention its already gray color. The Executive is REBORN and is receiving the right care, and after 30 years, it's only natural to refresh the structure. New businesses are springing up, and it remains an example of modern architecture even after all this time.
A good business center where, among many businesses, many government offices are located. It's a shame that the rear area is being emptied of most of the businesses. It has a large municipal parking lot.
