Top notch dinner - attentive service, great location / venue and excellent food and wine selection

Great food and nice presentation. We ordered 8 course tasting menu with reasonable price of 75 euro. The food amount is generous , not like most of the tasting menu with a few bites for each course. The service was great as well.

A great looking place. Initial impressions were good. The Evening was a jovial gathering of wine professionals , and maybe a private visit would be next. We were served good tasting food , that was presented in a fantastic way. Attention to detail was great . Service was leisurely , and staff sometimes , on occasion hard to find.. but when found , they were attentive. Overall, definitely recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

Sensi is a stylish and modern restaurant in Bari offering an exceptional fine dining experience. The service is professional and attentive, and the staff is happy to explain the menu and suggest great wine pairings. The dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor. We enjoyed a fresh tuna tartare with creamy and crispy elements, perfectly balanced in taste and texture. The overall experience, from the ambiance to the food, was outstanding. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner or a special night out in Bari.

Dining at Sensi – A Fantastic Experience. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings, and from start to finish, everything was thoughtfully curated and executed with finesse. The standout dishes included the raw shrimp cone appetizer—delicate, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The seabass tartare was another highlight, beautifully balanced and expertly prepared. To end on a high note, the ricotta dessert was exceptional—light, creamy, and surprisingly memorable. Each course was well-paced, and the wine pairings elevated the entire experience. Sensi delivers both in taste and atmosphere, making it a place I’d happily return to.
