Amazing wine selection and very tasty food. The staff is very, very friendly and even though they don't know English very well, they'll make everything they can to understand you and get you exactly what you need.

We did not quite know what to expect when we stepped inside the quaint restaurant Est!. Walls filled with bottles was a pleasant greeting of what was to come. What the owner, Mario, lacks in english skills, he makes up for with patience, international bodylanguage and a black belt in wine! After communicating what kind of wines we usually like we sat down to a serving of antipasto and wines selected by Mario. I cannot stress enough on how truly fantastic each dish was and how profoundly confused we felt as the food just kept coming! The wines were so beautifully selected, matching both to our taste and to the food! We made sure to come back later in the week to buy some of his wines. Yet again a brilliant host and gentleman as we browsed through his wide assortment of natural wines from all over the world. If you are going to Bari and you like good food and wine Est! is highly recommended and if you like natural wines it is even a must! Grazie mille Mario!

Number one recommendation for anyone visiting Puglia - this is a must! Went on two occasions for lunch, planning on a third for dinner before we leave ;) the Natural wine selection (or collection?!) is unbeatable, and the food was #1, tops. The owner is very sweet, and the vibe is absolutely perfect.

The restaurant is gorgeous, the food is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly kind. I enjoyed some fantastic chips and the pappardelle with mushrooms, paired with an excellent wine recommended by the host. Everything was delicious. As for dessert, the caramel cheesecake was the best I've ever had. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back. ☺️
