La situazione senza glutine
Official Einaudi page says the menu guides customers to gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices. Official menu page says buckwheat galette/crĂŞpe dough contains no gluten and can be eaten by people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance; hamburger meat is made exclusively with gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients, with gluten-free bread available; several desserts and beers are marked gluten-free. AIC Puglia recorded the Einaudi creperia in its AFC network in 2018, but that old AFC source should be stale-checked before using as current certification proof.
