Dont waste your time or money to come here , awful food , very poor quality, worse pizza i ever had , even supermarket frozen one taste better . I have no words to express my dissatisfaction. The food was not fresh on the top the skinny waiter was extremely rude . Worse restaurant i ever been
Good authentic food. Fresh catch of the day. I was early and I saw the delivery. Clean and nice outdoor and indoor options. Safe for solo, female travelers. The servers were very nice and accommodating. I didn't feel rushed but I also didn't feel like they were taking too long to take my order. My server was always availble and ready when I needed something. He spoke English well and was patient enough to explain to me the different types of pasta and items on the menu. I was quite hungry and was thinking of ordering a lot more than I could finish. He kindly recommended to start with a few items first and then if I still felt hungry after, he can always put in a new order. I think that was very thoughtful of him. True enough, I didn't even finish my catch of the day pasta. It was so good though!!! I highly recommend this place. AMEX accepted
I loved the place! Despite being the cheapest meal I had during my whole trip to Puglia, it was one of the best. Lovely place beside my hotel in Bari. Staff was ultra friendly, the pizzas were amazing, cold beer and good house wine. Finally, the decor of the place for cat lovers is perfect, dozens of cat paintings! Really really recommend the place for a relaxing dinner.
Came here solo on a saturday night as I we staying at the hotel next door. The place was packed with locals, mostly large groups! It's also dog friendly. Servers were very comfortable in English and there is an English menu. Service was a bit slow which was understandable given that it was so busy. The pizza has a thin crust and was delicious. I had the "Duchessa" which is loaded with vegetables and was nice and light. I had the tuna carpaccio as a starter which was very fresh and delicious!
This is a place for exploration of senses. It looks and tastes fantastic. Ingredients that one would think can be "interesting" are cooked to a perfect combination. I love the place, the service, and the atmosphere. It's a must visit place if you are in Porto Azzurro.
