The owner is truly friendly, kind, and helpful, as are his staff. They maintain a very high level of cleanliness and hygiene. They offer an excellent selection of blends and roasts, which, combined with a quality coffee machine, yield excellent results.
In town for an event, I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this very welcoming pastry shop and café. The young lady who welcomed us was extremely professional and courteous, and delighted us with a sumptuous aperitif in no time. My heartfelt compliments for the truly wonderful service!

I strongly advise the owner to change employees, especially the blonde one. They show a lack of respect, politeness, and professionalism towards customers. Those who work in front of the public should know how to approach them politely. Their lack of willingness to serve customers comes across as a burden. If you don't want to do this job, perhaps it's best to change it, even if you're not even capable of it. Obviously, all of this is detrimental to the business and the owner, who loses customers due to unskilled and rude staff. If you don't want to work and were born unpleasant, you shouldn't take it out on customers; learn to work first, or change jobs entirely.
