Private structure, nice room

Very underwhelming. The problem is with the Administration. I specifically asked more than once to communicate with the hospital by email as I don’t have the ability to talk. Both times they replied with a generic response to contact the phone line. Also, they only have a two hour window in the day where you can collect medical test results. Why can’t they have an online/email modality to receive results ? The medical staff however were pleasant, and my negative comments do not apply to them.
