We were staying at a nearby AirBnB for a few weeks and walked to this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the customer service, food, and atmosphere. Well worth the visit!

Due to the short time available, we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. Let's start with the positives: What came out of the kitchen was quite good. The atmosphere matched the proximity to the station. Incredibly loud, so that we could hardly have a conversation. The service staff seemed quite professional, but left no doubt that they didn't seem to care much about the guests. Starter and main course came all at once - salmon can be eaten cold - no glass of water (can also be drunk from the unused wine glass) and my wife was bumped into three times by scurrying waiters during the meal. Super disappointing.
After a day of exploring Bari, we were too tired to walk very far for dinner, so opted for the hotel restaurant. Pleasantly surprised! We ordered single entrees and a garden salad to share. Service was a little slow (a tour group of 44 was competing with us), but food was tasty, much beyond expectations.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was elegant and calm. The staff was friendly and attentive, they recommended us a wine and treated us with respect. The food was amazing, we had an appetizer of octopus to share. As a main dish we had the Orecchiete pasta and Lobster with tinted pasta and was delicious. The presentation was really good. Highly recommended
